Looks like it costs about 57 dollars to record a megabyte to the Bitcoin blockchain. This is accomplished by abusing the witness data space for a 75% space discount compared to the actual purpose of the network, financial transaction data.
People are already saying this is against the intent of segwit but remember when you guys laughed at Ethereum DAO rollback and taunted "code is law!"

@lain It's like OpenBSD (or at least how it was when I was still reading misc.) If you ask for a new feature you will be told you are stupid for even suggesting it. Then a year later the feature will be implemented.
