   While the competency crisis worsens to the point of absurdity, it's important to recognize the first failure point in all of this shit: boomers.
   
   Boomers were the first broken link in the chain of this process because they fundamentally approved and assured the concept of a system that not only didn't write anything down or discus the super secret know-how, they also worked tirelessly to ensure subhuman trash could and would be hired over you. So the next time something breaks and it literally *cant* be fixed because the knowledge has been lost and Carlos and Sanjeet cant come up with a solution, make sure you blame who's actually responsible.
