@moffintosh @kaia @dushman @Moon @Hyolobrika machinery isn't a requirement to spread shit on the ground though. If you give the animals access to the ground they'll do it for free. There are farms that do not rely on multi-million dollar bank loans and heavy equipment that do well enough to keep themselves fed and in business. Just because everyone can't make it work doesn't mean it doesn't work. You don't need to compete with Californian almond farmers to grow apples in Virginia. You also don't have to dominate the market to consider yourself successful. That mentality is a disease in my opinion.
