@moffintosh @kaia @dushman @Moon @Hyolobrika you mean to say that your work produces a higher monetary value for your employer than you, but this is not the same thing as being paid less than you produce. You are paid to do a thing, and that thing is intended to make the company money. In exchange you accept a wage for your time and effort. If you don't like the offered wage or feel it doesn't represent a value you think your time is worth, you can turn it down.
This is starting to sound like a skill issue tbh.
