     @lain Generally, no. Breasts will enlarge to hold milk from the milk glands as necessary.

     Production quantity depends on the frequency of consumption. But they can certainly store more. So if there are babies drinking all the milk available from two pairs, the same number of times a day, I imagine the larger pair would produce more.
