     this also means that Steam finally separate soundtrack from normal OST
     
     Or it's always been settable and most doesn't allow DLC to be purchasable without the base game

     @coolboymew IIRC they did that around the time they added the audio library functions (and player), a LOT of publishers never bothered to repackage the DLC releases to proper soundtrack releases though
