   In 2023 after 7 yrs of searching, I found a boxed version of the *original* US-made "Dune II: Building of a Dynasty" in NTSC format.

   I outline all of the (small) changes between the NTSC/PAL versions here:

   Spoilers:
   The only in-game difference PAL folks will notice are:
   - The title screen (before it was changed to "Battle for Arrakis")
   - The potential to read "color" vs "colour" (maybe) ;)
   PAL reused ALL of the NTSC art verbatim.
