Ben is out... as I expected... so anyone who wants to start the new year with a fast use #fasting hashtag so others doing it as well will see your posts up top. You can set up a notification for a hashtag in most mast clients. I didn't do it last year, but I did this 2 and 3 years ago. The 2nd day is the hardest, once you get past that, its easier every day. But I do 1 meal a day now anyway.
