     @glacierglider1 A while back I overheard some california oldster talking about how you save water in the kitchen and she basically just leaves her sink filled up and puts all her dishes in it, then empties it after “a week or two” so she doesn’t “waste” water.

     She was very specific that you have to fill up the sink with water or else “the cockroaches get to the scraps”
