     Pretty much everyone in Spain outside of Communist revolutionaries benefited from Franco imposing a modicum of order and stability on the nation compared to the alternative.

     From what I can tell, fascism is when the group that's doing the fascism (e.g. white people but not necessarily) is happy at the expense of everyone else.
