     @amerika @S-Config Google is simply getting worse and worse, ideologically so and in so other many levels since they reached their peak in 2014-2016
     
     We need to bring back web 1.0, personal websites, webrings, what were they called, those sites catalogues? and more

     @coolboymew @amerika The excellent news is that people are working on bringing back web 1.0. Or at least a variant of such times as Web 1.0 is described as static pages with no input hard-stop. If I were a creature with no cash I would do the neocities https://neocities.org/ thing. Learn HTML, build up a good static site. Then when said creature HAS cash. Move to a VPS.
