Sometimes, it wouldn't hurt to ask what it has to do with gameplay.

@supersid333 When I read Tweets about differences a game has between countries (namely those involving models and/or text), I can't help but tune out as it's really inconsequential stuff with workarounds plotted by others.

@Daikonradish I think some of it is mild stuff being blown overboard, but I can also understand even mild stuff being overblown for some franchises like Fire Emblem. It's the kind of situation where they'll take the full mile every time if you give them the inch, so the only thing we can do as customers is note when they're fucking things up and boycott as necessary.
Also new Anna is cute and we can't wife her, so clearly my gameplay is being affected.

@Daikonradish What do you mean?

@supersid333 @Daikonradish You can even turn it into a monetary argument going on the basic principle that they are selling an objectively inferior game to English speakers and charging the same amount of money for it. Fire Emblem isn't JUST combat, and there should be something inherently outrageous that every country on the planet EXCEPT the United States gets to experience a character written a certain way (how the character was intended by its creators, mind).

@Daikonradish @supersid333 "workarounds" that's kind of the problem. I shouldn't have to work around the full price official games translation. :akko_sus:
