   Not taking the prescribed antidepressants for 4 days now. I don't feel particularly worse. Don't know why I'm doing it

     I'm not fully against traditional antidepressants. It kicked me 95% out of the incapacitating depression. Up to the individual to decide how they want to treat themselves, keeping in mind the consequences for each
