     @arstechnica The horror! They have access because internet nowadays is a utility. You have to have it. Now, they don't have to pinch something else important by another $30/month to have it. Anyone who can vacation to the Caribbean when their state is cold and struggling to keep the lights on doesn't need to weigh on in this.
