     @hj @coolboymew @moth_ball Super conflicted about this design. I’m really sad we didn’t get it because I love lions and the porygon line but I kinda think the current one we got makes more sense? Maybe it’d be a cool split evo but I know that will never happen :blobcatuwucry:

     @coolboymew @hj @moth_ball Oh I didn’t know it was a reference to a mascot! I knew about the design before tho, it’s from the spaceworld leak.

     Also really sad we didn’t get the baby Meowth but the whole baby pokemon mechanic seemed kinda pointless anyways?

     @che5hire @hj @moth_ball yeah there were a bunch of designs that were really good that it's sad they threw away, like that one fire dog IIRC?
     
     Yeah, baby pokemons are mechanically completely useless. They're basically just to add pokedex completion complexity. They might learn moves faster since they're a preevolution and that's it
