     @Elfie I liked it at least. Actual fighters for MCs, no hand wringing about killing people, and they spend the first season totally outgunned and have to scrape by through gambling on each engagement.

     2nd season is very cool in places and very not in others, but at the very least it’s kinda historical, in that the bad guys act like you’d expect them to, and the luck they had in season one just doesn’t last forever

     The lore is cool and the fact it does away with lasers and adds a totally different combat dynamic is what wins me over. They’re basically impervious to normal ballistic arms and beam weaponry, and there’s a widespread ban on actually effective railgun weapons that leaves them undergunned against opponents (which proves fatal). Most of their battles are won through suppressive fire and crunching the other guy

     Was iron blooded orphans good? I dropped it because I thought it was poorly written and annoying

     @yeetK @Elfie The arc where they dig up the mobil armor was probably one of my top 3 gundam arcs, so utterly awesome how that plot worked out
