   what format would you use to convert flac to to save space? The audio quality is not that amazing to begin with so some loss is fine
   
   not mp3, but i can't decide if i should try aac or ogg.. or something else?

     @cell @piggo i kind of want a service that autoconverts a podcast rss feed to opus, some people think i need their 500mb 256kbps mp3s for their stupid voice only podcasts

     @lain @piggo i remember some thread online where someone explained that they just converted to 64k opus so they can listen on commute
     
     considering the high background noise would lead to low SNR, high quality would not be too much of a concern
