  Less gibs here and in the 3rd world, and people will die out - or they fight to do more with less (especially when forced to bear the full cost of children on their own).
  
  Nature balances things out and did so for thousands of years.
  
  Primitive Americas, Africa and Australia had populations way below current levels due to zero unnatural interventions like food aid. The same could be achieved if aid were minimized. Make people choose between having kids and being comfortable if they dont want to work very hard (or smart).
  
  No one has a right to be comfortable or have kids, both are privileges.
  
  (I should not have to explain why irresponsible govt leads to more wars).
