   Wake me up when AI can cook perfect food for me. I give the machine all the ingredients, and it cooks food for me like a 5-star chef. All this fake text and image generator doesn’t impress me. Imagine machines making healthy and delicious meals for us every day. I will give bounce points if the machine cleans itself after I finish my meals.

     @nixCraft I imagine it licking itself clean like a cat (and yes I have been involved in developing cooking robots, none of them had taste. Or a sense of taste)

     @nixCraft You don't want that. It'll make you some tiny plate of thimble sized food nuggets made from Foie gras and kale or something. Then it'll demand you eat it in a certain order of you won't experience the correct narrative of the meal.

     You want AI that'll prepare meals like a short order cook - it'll be salty and delicious and take about 4 minutes. You could also conceivably bum cigarettes from that one.
