Oh boy here we go again with 32 bit signed int time_t problem. This is a real problem. Unix is embedded in lots of stuff that doesn't update. We will have real issues with those systems

Also realizing that it'll draw less media attention regardless because it requires one step more to understand it (and it's less dramatic than 2000).

You know I was super freaked out as a kid because everyone was so whipped up into a frenzy about Y2K. I’m not trying to downplay the seriousness of the issue but let’s try not to let our imagination run away with us this time around 😅
