     @GoodBoyUV The petrochemical industry and supporting businesses in Edmonton and Fort McMurray openly prioritize browns and immigrants over Whites even going so far as to offer jobs with $120k+ salaries to *only* non-Whites (not anecdotal, I verified it in publicly available job ads in 2019 after first hearing about it). Mutiple times I've sat in lunchrooms while on contract throughout Alberta where I am the only White person out of 50+ people, and sometimes I've even had the diversified pleasure to hear only languages other than English/French being spoken.
     
     We are going to see some very, very interesting times this decade.

     @NailBomb This is genuinely horrifying, on my most recent trip to the GTA its gotten so bad that I'd predict something like 20-30% of Canadians in the major cities in Anglo Canada that are under 20-25ish are of Western European stock. It LOOKS like 50% are White like in the US because of all the Ukrainian/Polish/Serbian/Russian immigrants but if you filter those who are mostly recent arrivals in the last 20-30 years and are often culturally distinct the demographics are absolutely brutal.

     @GoodBoyUV I could feel sorry for those in Ontari-ari-o, but the real black-pill is out West in Canada's exonomic driver. The overall demographics of Edmonton is 50% White, Calgary 57%, and Fort McMurray 60%. The 2021 Cemsus shows that the percentage of the provinc's population that WASN'T born in Canada is 23%.
     
     Alberta takes the highest percentage of immigrants into Canada (even more than Ontario, 45% more).
     
     Taking into account the birth rates for 1st and 2nd generation immigrants vs. White Albertans, short of war or famine, it is nearly impossible that Alberta will be still be majority White by 2030.
     
     So much for Canada's conservative stronghold.
