     @Humpleupagus @lain i remember when i taught my son that if you take any number divisible by nine and add up the digits, the digits will always add up to nine. No matter how big the number. blew his little mind.

     I learned my multiplication tables by memorizing half and then filling in the other half by subtraction.
     
     For example
     
     9x9 = 9x10 - 9x1
     9x8 = 9x10 - 9x2
