   You don't need to be white to have the set of beliefs that describes white-supremacy. White-supremacy pins down a set of of beliefs, not ethnicity.
   Meanwhile, anti-semitism ascribes to a whole ethnic group, on a racial basis, a set of behaviours, and has to opt out of itself to explain condradictions.

   One starts with "you hold X and Y, therefore you are W", while the other goes "you are W, therefore you behave and hold X and Y"
