     @Pantangelini as much as I'm not a firm believer in anthropomorphic climate change, it could be said that warmer air holds more moisture which allows for more precipitation.
     
     It might also be said that there was an enormous volcanic eruption that projected a bunch of water vapor into the upper atmosphere which was projected by scientists to trigger a temporary increase in global temperatures.

     @feld @Pantangelini yeah cities do experience a level of anthropomorphic climate change I guess, but it's fairly localized.
