     Probably, but it is probably a massive amount of work.
     
     Think gentoo, but with no package manager and you have to type the commands to compile everything.

     Sure. I did, because it was a pain to do anything otherwise. I settled on packaging software into squashfs images and building a link farm on boot. Custom init as well.
     
     That system still doesn't have a graphical interface.
     
     What can I say, I am crazy. :02_laugh:
