I have a 3d printer so if it is at least partially printable that'd be a bonus.
I figure if there is something around it'd be cooler than just some store bought robot that wants an app on a phone. He really likes building and fixing things so if it's something I can do with him and we can improve over time that'd be ideal. If not I don't mind assembling the thing for him ahead of time so long as he'll be able to interact with it in some way and it's not hundreds of dollars of equipment.-
