   So the horrible creatures from the melon stage in Sunshine are actually extraterrestrial in nature. This means when Miyamoto designed the melon level, he was going for cosmic horror, like Lovecraft's The Colour Out of Space. It finally makes sense. I was really horrified.

     @rightwingsjw I have questions. Why does she live forever? Who is the mother that the initial luma was looking for? Who is Rosalina's mother and why does she look like Peach in the story book? Who is everyone in her family? How long has she been travelling through space?
     
     I could go on; but it seems pointless without the first batch of questions answered. Surely Miyamoto has addressed all this somewhere and I just need to find it.

     There's a beach level where an evil shark has taken over the waters and the penguins and toads ask Mario to drive him away.
     
     But after talking to the shark, he presents a challenge and, after Mario beats him, he yields. The shark was Proto-Indo-European coded. He was probably disgusted by the penguins and toads' weakness, but respected fellow Aryan warrior Mario Mario.
     
     Meanwhile, the penguins and toads are helpless, weak losers who rely on an Aryan to save them. Including Captain Toad, who pretends to be brave, but he can't even lie convincingly. They are Pajeets. :pajeet:

     That being said, Bowser is coming off too Aryan to be unlikable. I mean, he has space ships and the ability to create planets and galaxies. The toads defend Peach's castle with shield and spear. Looking a bit sub-Saharan, those toads are.
     
     Maybe a Bowser empire is the way to go...

     I had watched the first two chapters of Rosalina's story and forgotten about it; but I have now seen the rest.
     
     So, how did Miyamoto approve this? :pepe_giga:
     
     We don't even know who Mario and Luigi's parents are; but we know Rosalina has a brother? What did Miyamoto mean by this? Is that supposed to be someone we know? Did he appears in Mario Galaga 2?
     
     Then there's the part where Rosalina reiterates visiting Earth(?) every 100 years. Is she immortal or travelling at the speed of light? I need to watch a 7 hour video essay explaining space travel in Super Mario.
     
     Finally... why does Rosalina's mother look like Peach in a different dress? :pepe_whoa:

     Has Nintendo released an All-Stars 3D Lazy Port 2 that I might have missed? Maybe in time I'll be able to buy things again and get it...

     @Rasterman There were 3D Land and 3D World in addition to Galaxy 2. Also, Mario 64 DS has A LOT of brand new content, and would greatly benefit from a remake that gives it proper analog stick movement (imagine playing Mario 64 with a dpad, that's no joke what we did on the DS).
