  to clarify: it interferes with GPS satellite signals. as in, it might mess up your GPS reception near it.
  it doesn't go mess with the satellites themselves

  it's apparently because it emits RFI at a harmonic of the CSI clock rate, which ends up being 1575 MHz, which is in the GPS L1 band

  @foone good to know, I'm guessing a bit of physical separation between the antenna and pi camera should take care of the issue.
