   What's up with how everyone is so shorthanded? Every biz I deal with lately is at 100% staffing and they still lack people

     @WashedOutGundamPilot the efficiency loss of running at 85-90% crew is less than the unpaid wages. plus whenever a customer gets mad you can just be like 'oh sorry, we ain't got no one to work you know how it is'
     
     plus even if you do want to staff up you can't just go hire a competent white guy. you MUST try the 85 weird colored guys and women and trannies each for a probationary period (at same wages as your competent whites) and then you MIGHT be allowed to try that one autist you want

     @WashedOutGundamPilot Their 100% staffing number is based around 100% attendance, which is not reality in a post-coof world where everyone got a crash course in how to weaponize state leave and fmla.
