     My last VPS was in a data center that did the same thing. I couldn't federate with bae.st or chudbuds (back when it was still a thing) because they were hosted at Frantech.
     I'm pretty sure they block frantech IPs because its easy to get a VM there and use it as a jumping point to hack stuff. Its a very heavy handed approach to security and something that should be left up to the customer.
