     Destroying European industry through high energy prices may be strategical. Zog may be expecting those companies to move over to the US and basically reindustrialize it. There are already a few instances of this happening.
     
     But it won't work due to the competency crisis. Jose is nowhere near as competent and conscientious as Heinrich and Dieter were. And zog was and still is busy destroying the White American working class. The workforce to reindustrialize America doesn't exist any more.
