   Apple pie is one of those things that I eat where all year long I see them and am like "meh" and then at Thanksgiving inner I see it and am like "meh I'll get a small piece".
   
   And then while I am eating it is suddenly the best thing I've ever had and I wonder why I don't eat anymore.
   
   Once it's all gone it's back to "meh"

     I like apple empanadas because they're easy to portion so you can freeze a few and have apple pie any time. It's a nice treat for me. Cheesecake I'll knife a motherfucker for 25/8

     I've made pecan and pumpkin but never tried my hand at apple
