The most regular trope of the chef is a big guy having a loud mouth. Which corresponds to my own experience, but historically, when gastronomy became the modern design we have today that August Escoffier created, it's with his work that dedicated roles were started, and that cohesion between members took it's real start and guess what was the most important rule ? Don't shout.
It's sad that such rule hasn't been transmitted more often.cool_boy_mew likes this. -
