     Right, but then consider the XYZ company that pulled its advertising from Twitter. Let's say its now unused ad budget is $10M.

     That company now has $10M less expenses for the year. That means its bottom line, its net profit is $10M MORE than anticipated.

     If the company is publicly traded that $10M net effect will be distributed accordingly to its shareholders.

     It's a win for any company on the exchange.

     He is literally putting money in folks' pockets this season.

     @arstechnica He hit a double backlash. First by offending comments about jews. Then trying to solve it by donating to Isreali hospitals?!? Then shaking hands with a guy that has been burning (mainly kids) alive with White phosphorus. And kills more civilians on average than Hitler could amount.
     The point is Elon will lose users for not doing the just and lose some pro-Zionist/ pro-Apartheit/ pro-Concentration camp advertisers for being clumpsy and mention Jews in this context.
