     Freeze a half-full waterbottle on its side then stand upright in the freezer. If it melts and reforms, you know it was without power too long.

     @kaia considering my freezer was full and wasn't opened during the entire period it might be even more okay

     interestingly googling they say 24-48h. I haven't heard that one. maybe newer fridges and the motherly advice I got is obsolete
