     @nixCraft I model my licence aggreement based on Poul-Henning Kamp's Beerware licence - although my minimal revision number is a 6% ABV, don't give me tap water that passes for a beer in certain places.

     @nixCraft Legit question. What if some guy put a LEGAL clause that clients totally didn't expect and is absolutely absurd AND the clients accepted it, does it make it as a valid legal ground to demand that?
