   @scalar @MechaSilvio As for the lolbert-to-fascist pipeline, there were leftist meltdowns for months after this clip went viral, for many reasons, but mostly when he goes "we're æsthetically superior". :doge_laugh: They went full Godwin and compared him to Hitler, called his lolbert fans fascists, &c. No one cares if the guy is Hitler when he can lower the price of meat.

     @Rasterman @scalar @MechaSilvio The "lolbert to fascist pipeline" is honestly described better as the "moderate to extreme right pipeline". lolberts become ancaps, fascists become monarchists. Everyone wants the same things, the only thing that is disagreed on is the approach. non-aggressively letting undesirables die (ending welfare state) is the only way to get rid of them these days, unless you're the hegemon.
