An old shoujo series I read when I first started reading manga that I'm surprised is still getting updated.
As the title says, the MC is a prefect that is dumb AF and can't study to save his life despite being very strict on not breaking the rules and the girl that he's always going after because she wears short skirts helps him out one day and ends up befriending him.
Despite the large amounts of comedy that happens, there's a lot of wholesome moments that happen throughout as well.
