     @nugger @WoodshopHandman As far as I am aware Monty Oum modeled and animated a fight with her character and gave the writing staff like a few days notice before the episode was to air. She's mute because there was literally no time to cast and hire a voice actress for her.

     @nugger @WoodshopHandman Nah, Neopolitan's outfit is unique to RWBY AFAIK. The silly video in the OP is a recolor of her outfit on a different character.
