@ajroach42 I was on Compuserve super early (VIC-20 300b era) and a bit with Genie or one of those others, but I really got started on the internet with a shell, and then dial-up access on the Amiga with a local ISP, planet .net. Good times, nice local place, but I was crushed when they got sold to another company and stopped supporting their own email, lost that first e-mail account. (Soon after, bought my own domain and freed myself from those problems.)
