What is normal thing to cook food with in Western household? Traditionally my family use lard or vegetableut today I was curious. Is like olive oil or butter or?

@dcc is sort of stereotype in my culture white people eat unhealthy but I think those are the healthier thing to cook with. I think the stereotype wrong.

@1nter4ri I mean a lot of poor'er people eat fast food instead of cooking for them selfs, its a real problem.

We have a dish at my restaurant called the Athena, you need.
> 1 tbsp chopped oregano
> fuckton of garlic
> Salt and pepper
> 4 oz chicken broth
> chopped chicken breast
> Handful of feta cheese
> chopped basil
> pasta
> lemon
> parmesan cheese
Heat up all of this in a pan, no oil, no butter. When the chicken broth reduces pretty good add 6oz of heavy cream, reduce down until thick, add parmesan and sliced cherry tomatoes at the end. You want to add the cheese at the right time when cream stops foaming and settles down. Then mix with pasta, like penne or linguine.
The garnish with feta, basil, lemon wedge, and (optional) pine nuts.
