Changed the plates on my dumbbells with plates (THAT I BOUGHT THINKING I COULD GET MORE PLATES... But like, the plates for dumbbells are rare and 10lb plates are like 70 fucking $?! Bro this whole set was 80, what the fuck?) to have a total of 25ish (the metal bar probably adds like 2-3lb), so more heavy than 20lb for my goblet squats. So hopefully I'll feel sore tomorrow, if not, I'll have to start doing more hardcore squats, like one legged squats or something
The ring fit leg spread thing isn't doing much anymore, and I need to increase my reps of flat straight leg raises
