@arstechnica Wins? Lol?
@arstechnica when i go to Mars i will definitely blow up over a classier body of water
I dunno, man.
When we commission a new power plant, they very rarely explode.
Maybe we're doing it wrong.
@arstechnica At least one newspaper, The Independent, is headlining the vehicle reached orbit before it self-destructed. That's wrong. It didn't reach orbit. This test flight wasn't intended to be orbital.
There's going to be a lot spillover from folks who, deservedly, loathe the owner of SpaceX, saying silly uninformed things about this flight.
@arstechnica
Gosh, that's twice the speed of Thunderbird 1.
#rockets
@arstechnica We already did this in the 1950s and learned from it. Why again, just to cut corners?
