@olmitch Basically getting yelled at by people with unrealistic expectations and translating their incoherent rage to business speak at whatever level is needed to the people in work groups, lots of follow up communication and check-ins, lots of trying to assist when there's feedback and such. Think of it like a quarterback in football, where you have to make some on the fly adjustment but you're still ultimately trying to follow the stakeholder (coach) plan.
