   Notifications on Mastodon can be customised so you only get notified for specific things. The options available depend on what you're using to access Mastodon:

   - On the website interface, click slider button in top right of the Notifications column (note you can scroll this menu down for more options)

   - On official apps click cog icon ⚙️ in top right of home timeline, then select Notifications

   - On third party apps go to Settings/Preferences

     @feditips can you tell me, why I'm becoming notifications only on actions of my follower and not from the actions of the user who don't follow me? On some posts I have x as favorite or boost but I don't become the notifications for their action

     Ah ok.

     Have you checked your notification settings?

     Also, have you possibly clicked the "mentions" tab at the top of the notifications column?

     If you click "mentions", it only shows notifications for mentions. If you click "all" at the top, it will show all of your notifications.
