Normally woof.group announces any domain-level moderation (e.g. limiting or suspending federation) on this account using the #admin tag. We've been doing this for four years without incident. Our limited/suspended server list is also public on https://woof.group/about.
There is a theoretical (presumably small, since it hasn't happened) risk that someone notices a moderation action and decides to direct harassment towards woof.group in retribution.

@admin my concern is that with the amount of child porn instances we're seeing, that naming the instance draws attention to that objectionable material and potentially puts eyeballs on something that should be buried under a large pile of rocks and sealed with hexes
