They are working inside the house: good since it was very windy. The parts of the well and septic hookups that need digging should happen starting next week, before the ground freezes, and the power company has moved us from pending to scheduling, but not set a date they will show up.
Building to passive house standards, the interior gets an air barrier, then the framed partitions get arranged inside the house. The real front door is on order, finally, and should be here in a week or two.

When people asked whether I would rebuild after the Marshall Fire and Wind event, burned my house and everything I owned, i said "The view didn't burn."
My profile header is the view from my yard. Which just got even better because the builder took down a couple of dead trees that were kind of sitting in the middle of things.
