     I just got off work lol, I do want to atleast get the ball rolling on it this weekend, maybe purchase the vps and get slack installed on it.

     Hmm, tbh since I have done anything like this before I think it would be best to stick to debian, I don't want to make this anymore complicated than it needs to be.
