@slashb Everything's considered harmful. There's no telnet because no one made it (although if they did, I don't think I'd merge in "send some passwords in the clear"). x86 is considered harmful, but good luck getting away from it.
gopher's not a great protocol, but there it is. It's fun stuff, low effort, doesn't create any problems to speak of.Machismo repeated this.
