  @dcc@annihilation.social The last time I went to Canada they detained by passenger for 12 hours because he had a DUI in Canada 30 years prior and never took care of it. Had to sit in the FBO while immigration officers drove off with his passport. My FO and I went out for lunch and we brought him back a Caesar salad. He tipped us $200 each. Was pretty baller.

  @adiz @splitshockvirus As i think you know, most euro shit airports are horrible(fuck canada to) and trying to go to greece is a pain becuase of them. And going though murica is not always a option.

  Zurich is nice. I've only been there and Frankfurt.
  I have never been to Canadian airport, and the two I frequent the most are MCO and TPA both are also nice.

  @splitshockvirus@mstdn.starnix.network We run turboprops and jets (PC-12 and PC-24). Moving to the PC-24 (jet) next year. The PC-12 (turboprop) has like 5 hours of endurance at 240 KTs true. I've flown from Oregon to Texas in one go. Can usually go coast to coast with a single fuel stop. The jet is the same, just goes abour 2x as high and 15,000 FT higher. @dcc@annihilation.social

  Mine was delayed and then cancelled because they couldn't charge the cabin battery on the Airbus 321-300. The reticketing line was about 1-2 hours in waiting.
  I should have just taken the airline's hotel voucher, if I did I'd be in Italy, and not paying a deductable on water damage in my house.
